Our Sustainability Strategy Pillar seeks to incorporate sustainability into our business, so it threads throughout everything we do and delivers tangible change. Read our annual report here: Cloud ESG Report CY 2024 FINAL
Having assessed our material impact across Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG), we have established the following commitments:
Environment
We focus on CO2, where we have the biggest environmental impact. We have had our short and long term carbon emissions targets approved by the Science Based Target initiative (SBTi) to reduce scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions by 90% and become net zero by 2035.
Social
People are integral to Cloudfm, and we are committed to being a diverse employer that encourages our team to develop, deliver, have fun, and feel supported in a flexible working environment. We carry out regular surveys with our employees to count our employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) and we take the comments from these surveys to adapt our approach. We have targeted an eNPS of 80 by end of 2025.
Governance
We incorporate sustainability in our business decisions and annually assess ourselves using the external sustainability ratings provider, EcoVadis. We have achieved a Gold award putting us in the top 5% for our industry and this year, we are improving things further and aiming for Platinum.
Our ESG Strategy - High-level goals and directions
Charting our Path Forward
Our ESG Strategy outlines the direction we're heading in and what we aim to achieve.
This high-level overview provides a snapshot of our goals across the three pillars of ESG:
Environment
- Accurately calculate >60% of our suppliers' CO2
Social
- Launch new performance management system
- Develop leaders in the business
- Supplier recognition and feedback
Governance
- Implement updated quality management system tools
- ESG score Ecovadis Platinum
Our biggest environmental impact is carbon and we now have the incredibly bold ambition, to not only reduce our direct emissions but also those of our supply chain.
To achieve this we don't have all the answers but we have made a great start and we are continually defining new pathways, exploring innovations, and will continue to collaborate and share with others to accelerate our mutual progress.
As a producer we feel we have a responsibility to limit the environmental impact of our products and have carried out a Life Cycle Analysis of our Mindsett PRISM® unit in order to understand the true impact of it and where we could make future improvements.
