CAFM must die…

Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) systems have been around for years and, theoretically at least, are designed to apply technology to the challenges of the back office. But the challenges of quality, efficiency and safety in the industry persist. Compliance levels remain low, staff are poorly paid and demotivated, and margins are squeezed.

This paper looks at why CAFM has not provided the productivity boost experienced in other, more technologically advanced sectors, and what can be done to change that.
