At Cloudfm we’re dedicated to doing the right thing, not just for our clients, but for our employees also. Our teams constantly strive to be their best selves and, this week, we launched a new three-tiered programme to recognise the great work and extra miles that our staff go to.

What really matters in the workplace is helping employees feel appreciated, so we have launched Cloud9, our peer to peer programme which allows our staff to give frequent recognition to colleagues, by sending them a card to say thanks or well done.

Be Our Best Award
The Be Our Best Awards celebrate and recognise team members that embrace and live our values – empathy, integrity, humility and freedom. Nominations are open to everyone and there’s no limit on how many people can win an award each month, giving more people the opportunity to be recognised.

The Velocity programme recognises and rewards talented individuals that would benefit from a personal growth plan, designed to develop their career. The winners, awarded quarterly, will get the opportunity to fast track their development, with a minimum of three personal coaching sessions, plus they’ll also receive a £250 gift voucher.

We believe that it is very important to understand and praise others for their good work, to apply the principles of employee recognition and to encourage others to initiate it in the workplace. We are very excited to receive the first nominations and can’t wait to award the great work our staff are doing.
