Cloudfm is delighted to announce that prestigious leader in skills development, City & Guilds, has accredited the facilities management company’s Academy to deliver qualifications on behalf of the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM).

Located close to Cloudfm’s headquarters in Colchester, the Academy is a purpose-built facility, designed to meet the unique and ever-changing needs of the FM industry. Alongside state-of-the-art classroom settings, it also features a unique engineering suite containing the typical appliances and systems found across client estates – an industry first. The Academy is testament to Cloudfm’s passion for investment in its employees’ skills and growth, as well in those of its supply chain partners, who are fundamental to the organisation’s success.

The new ILM programmes at the Academy will be available to every member of Cloudfm, from those aspiring to their first supervisory role through to senior leaders.

They will take the following form:

  • Level 2 apprenticeships
  • Level 2 awards: aimed at new and aspiring team leaders and those starting out in their management career.
  • Level 3 awards, certificates and diplomas: aimed at middle managers.
  • Level 5 awards: designed for senior managers.
  • Coaching and mentoring qualifications.

Speaking about the achievement for the Academy, Jeff Dewing, CEO of Cloudfm, said, “This is just another great example of Cloudfm being an exceptional investor in our people. By being able to offer our staff the ability to train on-site at our state-of-the-art Academy, we are showing how much we value them and their commitment to our clients and our organisation.”
