We’re proud to announce that our own Matt Pilling, Facilities Director, has been awarded Equipment & Services Account Manager of the Year by our client KFC. The award was presented by Paula McKenzie, UK General Manager for KFC, and Rob Swain, COO, at the 2017 KFC Supplier Awards.
The awards ceremony was held on 25th May at the Sofitel Heathrow, with 12 award categories hotly contested by the company’s supply chain – the winners being chosen through a process of a KFC head office staff vote and main board selection.
In just over a year of managing the KFC account for Cloudfm, Matt has obviously made a great impression, since his win was supported by client feedback which highlighted his ability to engage positively with all levels from store manager to board, his true partnership approach which sees him treat the client’s stores as his own, and his passion, hard work, and dedication to excellence.
“Of course I was delighted that my efforts had been noticed,” he said. “It was a huge surprise though, since all of KFC’s suppliers from across the UK were under consideration. It’s great to know that we’re delivering such a great client experience for KFC, and I’m looking forward to continuing to do so.”
