And we train so that everyone is an expert in their field. Increased problem-solving and analytical skills mean our teams have the ability to add value at every stage of the process, and whenever they come into contact with a client or supplier.
To maintain that edge, we develop our people constantly. Our apprenticeship programme, which this year will take on 12 new apprentices, is the embodiment of this effort. Starting at the very beginning of our employees’ career, we’re building a workforce for the future of FM, and doing our bit to add to the skills base within the FM industry.
But that doesn’t stop with entry-level roles. We have a fully-fledged academy programme, housed in a purpose-built facility, which delivers a wide range of role-specific and company-focused training, as well as accredited professional qualifications such as those from the ILM, BIFM and IOSH.[
